SHIPPING POLICY

Once we receive your order, we process it almost immediately. We contact the product supplier within 24 hours and the item is usually shipped to you 48 hours after you place your order.

You should expect to receive your order within 2-3 weeks (14-21 days) from the date you placed the order. However, due to the geographic locations of some of our suppliers or some occasional out-of-stock issues, it may sometimes take up to a month for you to receive the product you ordered.

If you still have not received your order 30 days after it was placed on our website, please contact us and we will make sure to follow up with the supplier. After that, if you still have not received your order 40 days after the purchase was made on our website, based on your preference, we will either refund you, provide you with a credit for the amount you paid, or re-ship the product(s) to you.

Please make sure to provide us with your full and correct address for delivery. In case the address you provided at the time of your order is incorrect and the product never reaches its destination, you may not be entitled to a refund.
